Current customer may be "banned" for:

Using server Hostrindo for activities that are contrary to applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or the law established in the jurisdiction where the customer lives or international law. Hostrindo not responsible for the content of customer sites, customer is fully responsible for the content of its own web site (including usernames & passwords are held to be the responsibility of Customer Customer alone).
Storing files or content that directly or indirectly contains the file:

Mp3 Files or similar.
Pirated software.
Plagiarism Software / Website
Hackers programs or archives & Phreaking.
Warez Sites.
IRC Bots, BNC, Egg Drop, etc..
Contents of this site violates copyright / patents.
Using a server for the site Hostrindo adult / porn.

    Using Hostrindo server to run background process (a process that continuously runs on the server). For example: IRC bot, wget, Java Chat Server & more.
    Trying to destroy, entered, reproduce, try to replace data in a server system that is not a right Hostrindo of the customer concerned, or do things that can be considered detrimental to the system's Hostrindo.
    Attempting to sabotage, replace data and system server through a third party server Hostrindo.
    Sending Spam E-mail (e-mail offering goods or services, promotions, affiliate, MLM or any kind of activity that interferes with another party or parties Hostrindo) are not required or desired by the other parties either through the server or servers Hostrindo outside. Also included are websites that are considered inviting SPAM is not allowed in Hostrindo hosting.

    If customers do SPAM then the customer's account will immediately be blocked without prior notice and customers should make a written agreement on the seal with a customer identification card and sent via postal mail to the address Hostrindo that customers will not repeat such acts SPAM & willing to be dealt in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia. If the warning does not diresponse Hostrindo within 2 weeks then we will close the customer account.
    Selling web space, free e-mail forward/POP3/Autoresponder, Subdomains, etc. to another party without the prior written permission of Hostrindo.
    Using fake credit cards or credit cards owned by others without the consent of credit card owners.
    Prohibited from using the contents of this website without permission Hostrindo. Including text, image / images, or other files.
